Ready to Launch

The First Outreach Plan

A practical, prayer-backed, step-by-step plan to launch Brotherhood In Christ into the community.

Faith in Action — Starting Now

Every great ministry started somewhere. Ours starts here — with a willing team, a clear plan, and total dependence on God. Here is the roadmap for our first 30 days of active service.

01 Phase One Week 1–2

Build the Core Team

Before we can serve, we must be aligned. Recruit the first wave of dedicated volunteers and establish your leadership structure.

  • Recruit 10–20 committed volunteers from your network, church, and community
  • Assign key roles: outreach lead, logistics, prayer team, and communications
  • Hold a launch prayer meeting to commit the ministry to God
  • Set group communication channels (GroupMe, WhatsApp, or email)
02 Phase Two Week 2–3

Plan the First Event

Choose a simple, focused first event that the team can execute well and that makes a real impact on real people.

  • Choose a location in Dallas, Daingerfield, or Magnolia with clear community need
  • Select event type: food distribution, hygiene kit giveaway, or community prayer outreach
  • Set a firm event date within 30 days
  • Create a simple supply and budget list
  • Obtain any necessary permits or church/venue approvals
03 Phase Three Week 3

Gather Resources & Promote

Mobilize the community to donate, contribute, and show up. Use every available channel to spread the word.

  • Collect food, clothing, hygiene items, and monetary donations from supporters
  • Share on Facebook, Instagram, and local community pages
  • Distribute physical flyers at churches, barbershops, and community centers
  • Contact local churches for partnership and volunteer support
  • Pray daily over the event and team as a group
04 Phase Four Event Day

Execute with Excellence

Show up early, serve with joy, pray over every person, and document everything. This is the moment Brotherhood In Christ comes to life.

  • Arrive 90 minutes early to set up and pray together as a team
  • Station a prayer team to offer to pray with every person served
  • Capture photos and video for the website, social media, and future supporters
  • Collect names and contacts for follow-up care
  • Debrief as a team at the end — celebrate, reflect, and give thanks to God
05 Phase Five Week 4+

Build the Rhythm & Repeat

One event is a moment. A repeating schedule is a movement. Establish the rhythm that will carry Brotherhood In Christ forward.

  • Publish an impact report — how many people served, testimonies, photos
  • Schedule the next event before the first one ends
  • Begin recruiting more volunteers and growing your donor base
  • Establish a monthly service rhythm in each base city
  • Begin planning for the brotherhood mentorship and discipleship programs
